My son drinks protien drinks Before/After his workouts and Kickboxing classes and this cup makes it possible for him to take his mix with him to the gym and still mix it properly without his electric mixer he uses at home. He is very happy with how well it mixes his drinks. And he is proud of the UFC printed on it!

By far the best Shaker Cup Ive used. If you don't have one, then you got to have one. This is the only MMA Shaker Cup I use for my training, because when I need to be at my best, I use the best!!! BOTTOM LINE, I CANT BELIEVE I DID NOT OWN ONE OF THESE BEFORE. I TRAIN HARD, AND I NEED THE BEST IN RECOVERY SUPPLEMENTS RIGHT AFTER IM DONE TRAINING. BEFORE I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT TO GET HOME. you gotta have one of these cups! I just bought one and I have to say its the best shaker cup I've ever used. I can go to the gym and roll and then do my mit work and have my shake right then and there. I use the UFC shaker cup everyday, this thing is great, not only does the logo look amazing, but the cup works even better. I train here in Vegas, at one of the mma gyms, and one of my friends recommend it, because he saw me carrying ziplock bags to the gym with all my powders. Now, I usually start my day with boxing, and some mit work, and follow it up by going to my strength conditioning session, and had been lagging through my conditioning. So I started taking a one of those powders to get me through my training, the only down side was, what to put it in...
Now, I have something to put it in, and to mix it in as well. This thing will hold 40g of powder, and you can drop the powder into your water whenever you want, all you got to do is twist the top, and your shake is ready to go. I love this thing so much, that I bought 2 of them, one for my morning session with pads and conditioning, and one for after I roll in the afternoon. If you don't already have one, you need to!
