I got these gloves as a gift last year, and it has held up very well to be fair I haven't totally beat up on them but I have used them a lot. These gloves are great for the money they are great for bag/pad work but also make good sparring gloves I'm not saying they're competition gloves but for general sparring they're good I am not sure if certain gyms will allow them for sparring. They have extra long wrists for added support which is a pro and a con the extra length gives you great support but makes the gloves bulky. The palm of the glove is mesh so sweat evaporates and keeps your hands cool. There is also a cushioned grip bar for proper fist formation the gloves use a convenient hook and loop method of closing I personally prefer laces because you get a better fit but most people tend to prefer velcro. Overall if you need gloves just for bag work or sparring there are better options but if you're a beginner and need a general purpose glove these are a great choice.
