I bought this item thinking of my 3 year old nephew. When it arrived we played and he enjoyed them a lot. The insides of the gloves aren't that big, so if you have a long hand or big hand it will be difficult to get a good grip. I traded some punches with a friend of mine and I noticed the fabric holding the thumb to the fingers broke, probably because I was hitting him hard. Bottom line, great for kids, not so much for adults.

Was a gift for my girl friend ( hardcore UFC fan) she randomly pummels me now. My mother tried them on and actually started swinging on me like it was a real fight. Not as pleasant, but the gloves held up!

bought these for my two boys ages 2 and 5...they put them on and box each other and neither of them gets hurt. so much fun to watch...daddy likes to put them on and join the fun too...except daddy learned not to hit his very girly wife with them.

I bought one set for my boys to share and when they arrived I liked them so much I had to buy another so they could each have a pair. These are some cool gloves any boy would love. My kids will be able to box each other with them, very big and soft and I wouldn't worry about them hurting each other if just playing or them falling apart.
