It measures 13-1/4'' x 46'' and includes woven backing to make the polyurethane shell stronger. The UFC boxing punching bag has a gas-wielded galvanized chain secured with riveted strap assembly. It also includes a zipper closure on the top cover.

I use this bag pretty regularely at my MMA place for warm-up and Boxing drills, and man is it great!! You can strike very hard without the bag swinging excessively, and by far the sturdiest bag in the whole gym!!
