Got this for a friend for her birthday and she loved it!Very lifelike, my cats hated it as does her dog, comical. Need to open box and let airout/dry for a couple of days though, other than that, perfect. Arrived in a couple of days, I think it shipped from Nevada and I live in Washington state.

So I love the product, made a great christmas gift for my mother (she loves Randy) however I feel like I got the run around as far as shipping goes. When I ordered the day after Thanksgiving it said the product was in stock and should ship in 3-5 business days. A week later it still hadn't shipped so I called customer service and was told it would ship in a day or two. 5 days later I emailed customer service since it still hadn't shipped and was told there was a problem with the printer used to make the cut-outs and was pretty much told I could just be S.O.L. so to cancel if I wanted. I emailed again asking if there was even a remote possibility that it would make it by Christmas and luckily got ahold of someone in customer service who was awesome, told me to let him know if it didn't ship in the next few days and that he would refund my shipping charges. I kind of got the run around and if I order from the website again I will definitely order more than a month in advance but if not for the last customer service rep being so amazing and willing to try to make everything work for me I'd probably not order from here again, which would be sad because the product really is amazing.
