Comments about this product:
Outstanding bag. The only "problem", if you could call it that, is there is nothing to prevent it from swinging. If my wife is holding it, it works great but when I'm working out alone, the low kicks cause the bag to swing so much that I have to stop my workout and grab the bag. Its not a bad thing, just frustrating at times.
I have modified the bottom of the bag with athletic tape and small rope tied to a few dumb bells to anchor it to the ground and that seems to be just what it needed.
The overall construction of the bag is top notch. I hung the bag and immediately began my first workout with punches and kicks. After several weeks of daily use, it is still in great shape. Very little sagging has occured and to relieve the little bit of sagging that happens due to gravity, simply take the bag down and roll it on the ground a few times. Great "ground-and-pound" training, but helps redistribute the "guts"!

Comments about this product:
I went to the hardware store and purchased approx 1 1/2 feet of chain similar to the chain that is attached to the bag, a circle hook and two connectors (from chain to hook, and from chain to bag hook already attached). Very easy setup. It's awesome!! Get the UFC training gloves and you're set.

Comments about this product:
First off, the shipping was super fast...3 days I think. The bag is nice and thick with a large circumference for more contact area and the quality of construction is amazing. It's definitely the best bag that I've ever used and you won't go wrong by buying this one! FYI, the height that the support chain goes above the bag is around 17". I was looking for that info as I have a shorter ceiling, but couldn't find it anywhere. So buy it, you'll love it.

I use this bag every day at my MMA place, and it is by far the best bag in the whole gym. Very durable, and sturdy so you can punch hard without the bag going flying backwards.

Comments about this product:
I love this bag, I have had 70# bags but this is a great upgrade. Durable rings that hold the chains to the bag rather than hooks which can come off and you can beat the hell out of this bag and it comes back for more. Good overall size and length for eye to eye training and long enough for lower leg kicks. If you need a longer bag just get the muai thai bag but this works perfect for me and I am 6'1"

Comments about this product:
I got mine through a local sporting goods store. Its solid, the construction is solid. Although not approved for such use, I cut the metal hangers so I can also use it for a grappling dummy. A little bit large to mount, but works fine.
I had to buy a cutting wheel to cut the hangers, its just that tough. I'm quite impressed for the price.
Just realize, this is a 100 lb bag, so moving the bag from the ground to the stand is challenging.

Comments about this product:
Great heavy bag whether you are getting started or are a seasoned pro. The UFC 100 pound bag is long enough for low kicks but does sway some so linking it to the ground is worth the extra instal time.

Comments about this product:
Right when I saw this bag at The Sporting Goods Store I just knew it would be perfect. I use to have a regular 60lb. Everlast Bag, but, it was just way to small, and I'm a big guy. I'm 6'3" 275 and I needed a bigger, stronger, tougher bag that I could improve my striking game on, and a bag that wouldn't fly back 3 feet every time I hit it. This 100lb UFC bag is just friggin sweet. It moves back just enough so I get a good strike in with the proper distance being added on the distance the bag moves back. Its GREAT for all forms of striking: Punches, Knees, Elbows, Kicks etc. The Vinyl is nice and tough and what I love about this bag is how wide around it is. Its not made for pretenders that's for sure. I recommend this bag to all fans, fighters, and gyms.
