Far too short to wrap any hand properly. These might not even be 70" long, and to wrap your hands correctly and therefore avoid injury, it's generally held you need to use hand wraps over 100". I use 180" hand wraps, just like you should. These are also not semi-elastic (AKA "Mexican style hand wraps") so be prepared for problems with them moving and slipping if you somehow manage to get them onto your hands.

These won't help in bag gloves, sparring gloves, 4oz, 12oz, or anywhere else. I opened them up, tried one wrap, and tossed them in the trash.

the ufc wraps are well made and durable, but they are not long enough to properly wrap your hands (across your knuckels and between your fingers). but its not really that big of a problum, just use extra tape.
