Comments about this product:
This is amazing, if you really want to work out and also learn some defense mechanisms while your at it. This is for you, if you do not mind the repetitive words from your trainer. The warmups get repetitive and maybe a bit unsafe. So you should warm up on your own if you feel the game did not do you any justice. Besides that this is a must have for someone looking to lose weight or gain muscle and strength. You can also use your own props too like weights and gloves if you have any.

Comments about this product:
I enjoy the user-trainer interactions and have fun with the workouts. But navigating through the work outs is klunky. My biggest frustration is the programmed workouts. 1/2 the time it doesn't credit you for the workout as complete. I've completed at least 17 and it has only credited me for 6. There is no option to skip thru the day so you may end up doing the same workout 2 days in a row. All in all it's fun and I actually get a pretty good sweat going but it's just not that flexible or forgiving. I give it a thumbs up but hope they improve it in the next release

Comments about this product:
I've set up my Kinect in multiple rooms in hopes to obtain maximum accuracy. Unfortunately the Kinect technology isn't quite there yet. During exercises where you're low to the ground it will often lose you and pause the game automatically completely interrupting your workout. If you play free striking mode with the heavy bag it will make hits simply by spinning in circles or flailing your arms. The game provides a decent workout, but at the cost of occasional frustration. Some exercises are not tracked correctly by the Kinect leaving you with a low workout score.
