first poster came in and only had two autographs 2nd poster now in and has 14 autographs out of 16, missing signatures were BJ Penn And Tsuyoshi Kohsaka... posters condition was expected as it is handled many times by fighters, customer service by UFC Store was a mess ordered this poster end of june im now getting the rite poster Aug 27th After about 20 some odd calls to the store to make it rite, and now still fighting for my return shipping on the first item that i wasn't reimbursed for, store has really extremely bad communications skills not with the customers but with the company itself, ufc store does not communicate with warehouse and the staf is not knowledgeable about the items including the supervisors, ive gotten several different discriptions on this one item on what it should and shouldn't have on it... only recomendation i would give to the store is to sit down and figure out what it would take to work more smoothly and have there items in better order.
