Shorts don't hold cup securely in place allowing your nuts to fall out and get squished. Wear the cup in a jockstrap instead and these shorts over that.

UFC compression shorts area good product. I have tried other brands as well. These fit a little better although the cub seems to still move around a bit when rolling. This is a common complaint with people who train. If you wear something under them it seems to help a lot.

I use this product when i do all my training and it is actually perfect,
I originally thought it would affect my kicks but its completely fine.
The only downside to this product is because the cup comes to somewhat of a point, you feel alot of pressure if you put any weight on it.

feels a little small but it works,but the cup is a little to pointing,and if somebody is over you like mounth position in ju jitsu and he hits you on the cup you feel lot of pressure because of the pointing of the cup itself
